Getting good help can be tough . Getting Good help around the house seem like its a lot tougher. I recently had a plumbing emergency back on the farm . It seems that during the winter a pipe broke on the back forty and I had water leaking directly into the ground . I got the guide from the santa rosa plumber so I really didnt trust the guide but it was good information so I had her call around again , this time using the techniques she learned in the guide and finally she called the folks who published the guide becaue the where the most honest and straight fore ward to deal with and the best price , with an over the phone quote of in and out for $150.00. But she said the more she talked to plumbers the better she got , and the price seemed to go down with each one , so I can assume that someone who knows how to talk to a plumber tends to tak ethe game right out of them .
