positive affirmations

The use of affirmations can be very helpful in overcomming limiting beliefs , a helpful technique is to make a movie using windows movie make or the mac equivalent .  Here is an example  postive affirmations the trick is to choose affirmations carefully , dont use affirmations with a negative emotional anchor point , instead concentrate on that which you would prefer to be experiencing.

What are you attracting?

What are our you attracting into your life?  It’s really an important thing to consider for yourself. Most people tend to believe that life is happening to THEM . I hear it in converstations all the time . “He made me feel—–”  , Things are like this because I dont have enough money. If things were(insert the Blank) then I would be happy. All I can tell you is get off of the victim loop. Your life and your experience is happening because you attracted it. If your having a challenge with a person or situation it’s because you caused it . That’s right you did it! The sooner you wake up and smell the coffee the better off you will be in the long run.  The sooner that you take responsibility for your own life and understand that it is a direct result of your thoughts feelings and actions ,that vibe that you created , and that it’s been you doing it the whole time ! The sooner you will be able to see the how in your thinking that results in what you create and manifest and will be able to begin to create the things that you prefer to experience. Sorry if that’s a kick in the teeth but it’s been you the whole time! So start thinking about the good in life , start thinking and feeling the love and joy that’s all around you . Make that connection and begin to start manifesting the good stuff.

It’s easy you’ve been doing the whole time without realizing it ! Just choose the good! See the positive and set your intention towards creating that , it will manifest it will come of it’s own accord and in it’s own time, but it will come.

You Think to Much !

Hey Space Cowboy are you feeling the Stress? The modern world is filled with information overload, news coming from the television , radio and an endless supply of emails phone calls and people wanting your attention. You need to tone it down a little. With all this information coming at you on a constant basis it’s kind of like playing an emotional tennis match. Here are a few tips to help you ease the stress and be a little happier and maybe just a little more productive to boot!

Be aware of your own thoughts , the main cause of misery in the world is from are own thinking . Be mindful of your thoughts and observe you own patterns of thinking. Recognize that you don”t “have to” spend your time thinking about negative stuff. You are only making it worse . Give yourself permission to let some things pass and focus your energy on creating a happier existence and focus on the results that you wish to accomplish vs how you feel about it.

Which brings us to the meat of the matter. Every Thought that you have is an energy and all the things that you allow into your experience is energy also. Is what you are watching on TV or the type of programing that you listen to on the radio , the music you listen to ..Positive? Well how does it make you feel? Chances are not to good or you wouldn’t be so stressed! It’s Important that you manage those influences in your life . I guarantee that if you are sitting on the couch watching a show about how to win a million you aren’t making a million. Likewise if your listening to there’s a “tear in my beer” kind of music , I doubt that you are having the type of relationship that really lights your fire. It’s these prevalent influences in your life that act like a self hypnosis . Do yourself a favor and turn it off or change the channel to something good or better yet read a good book and feed your brain with the good stuff.

Learn how to meditate: You don’t have to be a New Age Guru type to Meditate. Although Meditation is apart of every spiritual tradition , meditation in it’s simplest form is really no more than learning how to quiet the mind . It’s kind of a way to take a little time out to recharge your batteries everyday so that you have the energy to handle what life brings your way.

Exercise everyday: We all here how good it is to exercise but how many of us do it. All it takes is a half hour out of your day to get your body moving , that little bit is enough to get the pumps working and allow your body to produce natural endorphins that help you to feel good . If your feeling good chances are you aren’t stressing out over something….

Eliminate those chemicals: Caffeine , Nicotine, alcohol…….no wonder your amped up all the time . Clean out your system an free yourself from the roller coaster ride that dependence to these chemicals put on your brain chemistry. Instead feed for body healthy and high energy foods (we aren’t talking fast foods here). With a healthy diet you don’t need all those stimulants .

So really all that thinking you’ve been doing really hasn’t been helping you . Give yourself the freedom to relax a little . Be mindful of your own thinking and how you allow outside influences to effect you and take good care of yourself. Remember you don’t have to play Tennis unless you want to.

What is the Law of Attraction

Simply stated the Law of Attraction can be Described as follows.

There is a thinking stuff in which all things are made and which in it’s original state , permeates and fills every space with in the universe.

A thought in this substance produces the thing that is Imagined by thought .

A person can form things in thought and by impressing his or her thought upon the formless substance or energy , can bring about the creation of what he thinks about.

To do this a person must pass from a competitive to a creative state of mind. To be in harmony with the universal formless field.

To be in a state of Harmony a person must constantly entertain and maintain a deep state of gratitude.

To See results in this creative process you must have a exacting image of that which you wish to create.

This fundamental process was first outlined In the Science of Getting Rich By Wallace Waddles in 1910.  The main premise of his Idea was that you must attain wealth in life in order to be a more complete and actualized person.  He offered his process not as a complete treatise on the laws of the universe but merely a part .  The Idea is to get rich first then you will have the time , energy and resources to pursue whatever you want in life that makes you a more complete human being.

The Absolute Power of Positive Feeling!

The Power of Positive Feelings

You feel powerful and strong. You feel an energy inside you that says “I
am here to do something great!” You feel yourself walk into any situation,
confident and at peace. You feel successful.

Ah, how good it feels!

Have you ever noticed that we ask each other, “How are you feeling
today?” I have never met anyone who asked me, “How are you thinking
today John?”

Why is this?

Perhaps it is because how we feel is how we live. If I feel miserable, my
life reflects that misery. If I feel confident, then I act confident and I
attract into my life that which I desire because I feel I deserve it.

In every moment, you and I feel something. And these feelings we have shape
our destiny. Notice I write “these feelings we have”. Feelings do not
have us; we have feelings.

Most personal development focuses on thinking. Change your thinking and you
change your life. I agree, but thinking arises from feeling. If I am holding
tension in my body, if I feel tense, then my thinking is shaped by tension. And
I react accordingly.

That tension is the result of accumulated thoughts and feelings. And the more
thoughts that accumulate, the greater the tension (also known as stress) until
ultimately I make myself ill; both physically and mentally.

Positive thinking is a great idea, but it has limitations, does it not? Can
you tell me what your next thought will be? Not without thinking about it! And
by the time you have come up with an answer your mind has already moved on to
something else.

Plus all thoughts are found in the past. One cannot think in this moment. One
can only experience this moment and it is this moment and the succession of this
moment that make your life. Right now, plus right now, plus right now, equal
your life and the results you create.

To make a change in how you experience and what you do with “right
now” you must act on the feeling level to make true changes. And by
changing how you feel right now, you change your destiny.

We all know of this power. It is a power we are born with that becomes
discarded when we are told to stop feeling and start thinking. All limitations
exist only in our thinking, yet that is exactly what everyone is telling us to
do! Get an education and learn your limits!

If you have ever watched a young child develop, you will notice how they do
not accept “no” for an answer. Failure does not stop us until we learn
that failure means something bad. We then spend the rest of our life trying to
reprogram our mind with clichés about how failure is the foundation of success,
but do we really believe it? As children we fall, we hurt, we let the feeling go
and we take off running again. As adults we fall, we hurt, and we tell stories
about it for the rest of our life to anyone who will listen!

If you want to achieve a breakthrough in any area of your life, stop trying
to reprogram your mind and notice how you feel. When you set a goal, notice the
feelings that arise for you. Fear? Anxiety? Doubt? They are nothing more than
feelings; electro-chemical impulses.

The good news? You can learn to let these feelings go and when you do, your
potential has new life and it expands beyond the limits of thought. You feel a
new energy when you realize all that prevents you from having all that you
desire are these feelings which you have chosen to hold on to because you think,
yes you think, they serve you in some way.

No analyzing is necessary, nor programming or re-programming, nor words; just
feelings. Powerful feelings.

Things to bring your experience to a more here and now frame of mind. Make it Apart of your here and now experience!

 Affirmations and the Law of Attraction
