Getting good help can be tough . Getting Good help around the house seem like its a lot tougher. I recently had a plumbing emergency back on the farm . It seems that during the winter a pipe broke on the back forty and I had water leaking directly into the ground . We had been experiencing a little less water pressure in the shower and when watering the garden but all the usual remedies didn’t help and I had in correctly assumed that we had a sediment problem with the well. As the weather began to dry out Victoria noticed that there was one section that seemed to stay swamped . So knowing full well there was a lot of digging involved I went for a plumber , only I had to go to work so Victoria made the call . Well the plumber showed up and started the game on her hourly , not really interested and so on and quoted $900.00 . Now she’s no fool but really doesn’t know how to negotiate with a tradesman. Now Still at work I was able to download a guide on how to hire a plumber and email it to her for a quick training intervention. I got the guide from the santa rosa plumber so I really didnt trust the guide but it was good information so I had her call around again , this time using the techniques she learned in the guide and finally she called the folks who published the guide becaue the where the most honest and straight fore ward to deal with and the best price , with an over the phone quote of in and out for $150.00. But she said the more she talked to plumbers the better she got , and the price seemed to go down with each one , so I can assume that someone who knows how to talk to a plumber tends to tak ethe game right out of them .

It what is on every ones mind all the time , well almost. But seriously how to I go about getting more of the green stuff. How do I , in the current situation I find myself in at this moment manifest money , right? Well it’s simple really , you just have to start by being open to it. You have to start from a place or mental framework that the world in which we live in , is an abundant place. You really just need to go outside and look at nature around you to see that the world around you is filled with life . Every crack and crevis filled and packed with flora and fauna “life everywhere” . Now expand your view to the niehborhood and town around you. What do you see…..?

Well it’s not unofficially / officially winter here in sonoma county . As of this morning I began scraping Ice from the windshield before I could take off for work at 4 am . Oh where did the fall go? It was just yesterday that we where harvesting our cinderella pumpkins and hoping that the tomatoes would rippen this year. Now it’s cold . Baby it’s cold outside. Now I know you easterners are used to this stuff but we californians dont know what to do with the wind rain and snow . You can forget a good commute when a few rain drops hit the windshield .
